Santa Cruz Diner has so much to choose from! Here are their nightly dinner specials, most come with a potato, a vegetable and your choice of soup or salad. Two choices every day:

• Friday: $8.99: Corned Beef & Cabbage,OR Homemade Salmon & Shrimp Cakes
  
• Saturday: $8.99: Grilled Salmon with horseradish cilantro seasoning, OR
  Artichoke Chicken Pasta in white marinara.
• Sunday: Seafood pasta alfredo for $ 8.99, OR Jumbo Country Fried Steak for $7.99.
• Monday: $7.99: Roasted Turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce & veggie; OR Grilled Salmon in Lemon-caper-butter sauce.
• Tuesday: Kalua Pork with white rice and peanut slaw for $6.99, OR Jambalaya Santa Cruz for $8.99.
• Wednesday: 1/2 Rack Ribs with coleslaw & BBQ beans for$9.99, OR Grilled Salmon Teriyaki for $7.99
• Thursday: Prime Rib for $8.99, OR Maui Tilapia topped with chunky pineapple salsa for $7.99

They also have frequent lunch specials that rotate (call for details) and a breakfast & lunch deal, ranging from $2.99-$4.99, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday - Wednesday. I'll add more info on that as soon as we get it!

Also try their Pho, which is apparently very popular, and starts at about $5.99 (Pho is hard to find in Santa Cruz!).
